Service Description
Contact Lens Exam Includes a prescription for eyeglasses and Contacts. An initial standard fitting fee is require regardless you have warn contacts before. This fee varies depending on your insurance benefits and co pays. Dilations are not part of the service. And are referred out to a specialist. We encourage you to call or come to the store to check the details and eligibility of your vision plan. Every plan is different so the coverage amounts might be different. Please don't forget to bring your insurance card or have your social security number ready so we can verify coverage.
