Talk about customer service! I dropped in to get my glasses repaired, which no optician were able to touch or try fixing, Johnny was awesome, he has these magic hands and totally fix them like new without a charge . Although it was at my risk if it breaks. Then he offer new case, and handed me the glasses in a nice case and cloth. How much do I owe? Nothing. Just refer us to your friends. Wow.
He is the epitome of excellent optician,and so knowledgeable and super charismatic. I didn't realize shopping for glasses could be so fun and I am so excited I went to pick up my glasses with a friend and he even offered to clean his glasses and adjust them at no cost! "Other optical shops will recommend the most expensive thing but this one only recommend the right thing. I've been here many times and come back with 5 stars satisfaction each time. Johnny is awesome! All their staffs are nice and patient! One day I need to change my customized prescription lenses and it only took 30 mins to get it done! Many likes !!! "

Although selection isnt as extensive as bigger stores, they still carry quite a bit to choose from.
They never pushed me to buy anything that doesnt fit right just to make a sale..."

Incredibly professional and thorough! I’ve been to multiple eye doctors in the city and often left feeling like the entire appointment was a sales pitch, the staff here is nothing but professional and honest! Cannot recommend enough.
